Building CFEngine2 on Tru64 5.1B UNIX

Now this is retro computing once again, and I always love to get back to it.  I have used the process described in my previous article https://astr0baby.wordpress.com/2017/04/27/pkgsrc-on-tru64-5-1b/ and used the pkgsrc/sysutils/cfengine2 environment to build cfengine2 like so:

You will need to have OpenSSL/DB4 mainly for this to build. Further below is the actual Makefile that gets generated my the bmake process, which I have modified slightly after some minor errors to have cfengine2 build completed.
